By accessing or using the EuPass service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. EuPassreserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

EuPass provides a free AI-powered biometric photo generation service designed to produce photos compliant with ICAO 9303 and country-specific biometric standards for use in visa applications, passport renewals, national ID cards, driver's licenses, and residence permits. The Service processes user-uploaded photographs to meet specific dimensional, background, and biometric requirements.

3. User Obligations

You agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful photographs of yourself or a person for whom you have legal authority to submit; (b) not upload photographs of minors without parental or guardian consent; (c) not use the Service for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose; (d) not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Service.

4. Payment and Refunds

EuPass is currently offered as a free service. No payment is required to use the Service or download processed photos. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, at which point we will update these Terms accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property

The EuPass brand, logo, software, and website design are the intellectual property of EuPass and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to photographs you upload. By using the Service, you grant EuPass a limited, temporary license to process your photographs solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. This license terminates when your photos are deleted from our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

While EuPass strives to produce photos that meet all applicable biometric standards, we cannot guarantee acceptance by every individual processing officer or authority. EuPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

7. Data Processing

EuPass processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection laws, including GDPR. All uploaded photographs and processed images are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. For complete details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Member State in whichEuPass is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
